National Smile Month
National Smile Month is run by The British Dental Health Foundation and their aim is to give practical dental advice to millions of people nationwide.
The 2009 campaign called 'Look After Yourself, Brush for Health', is highlighting the links between oral health and overall health.
The Foundation’s three key messages, at the heart of the charity’s work over the past 38 years, and three decades of National Smile campaigns, are:
- brush your teeth twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste
- visit the dentist regularly, as often as they recommend
- cut down on the frequency of sugary foods and drinks
Recent research shows poor oral health can be linked to heart disease, diabetes, strokes and pregnancy problems, also more familiar, tooth loss. This only emphasizes the importance of good oral hygiene.
Our aim at the Covent Garden Dental Spa is to help our clients achieve good oral health and so improve overall well being.
Members of The Covent Garden Dental Spa will achieve a good oral health routine by having two dental exams and two hygiene session every year at no extra cost! A healthy mouth will contribute to a healthy life.

I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who came to the launch and made the very special occasion a great success. Special thanks to everyone who participated in making the surprise ‘congratulations video’ with all the well wishes.
